Payment

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! While we do require full payment at the time services are rendered, we offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also offer financing options through CareCredit. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

Insurance

We participate with many insurance carriers.  We are  preferred providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, Ameritas, Delta Dental, Cigna and AllKids of Alabama. If your insurance covers treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the specifics of your policy and to provide you with an estimate of your out-of-pocket.  Remember, this is only an estimate because we can never guarantee payment by your insurance company.  If you ever have questions about your insurance coverage, we would be happy to explain what we can but we always encourage you to contact your insurance company for details on your coverage.
